Controlegroep<\/span><span class=\"\">: Deelnemers schreven elke avond over jeugdherinneringen.<br class=\"\" \/><br class=\"\" \/>2. <\/span><span class=\"\">Dankbaarheid<\/span><span class=\"\">: Deelnemers schreven een brief aan iemand die een positieve rol in hun leven had gespeeld, maar die zij nog nooit hadden bedankt.<br class=\"\" \/><br class=\"\" \/><\/span><span class=\"\">3. Drie goede dingen<\/span><span class=\"\">: Elke avond noteerden deelnemers drie positieve gebeurtenissen van die dag en gaven daarbij aan waarom ze die als positief ervoeren.<br class=\"\" \/><\/span><span class=\"\"><br class=\"\" \/>4. Jij op je best<\/span><span class=\"\">: Deelnemers beschreven dagelijks een moment waarop ze op hun best waren en benoemden de sterke punten die ze toen gebruikten.<br class=\"\" \/><\/span><span class=\"\"><br class=\"\" \/>5. Waarden toepassen<\/span><span class=\"\">: Deelnemers selecteerden vijf kernwaarden uit een lijst en bedachten dagelijks hoe zij deze in praktijk konden brengen.<br class=\"\" \/><\/span><span class=\"\"><br class=\"\" \/>6. Waarden identificeren<\/span><span class=\"\">: Net als de vorige groep selecteerden deelnemers vijf waarden, maar in plaats van deze direct toe te passen, werden zij gevraagd deze vaker te gebruiken gedurende de week.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><span class=\"\"><br class=\"\" \/>Alle deelnemers vulden vooraf en direct na de interventie een vragenlijst in over hun geluksgevoel en eventuele depressieve klachten. Waar vanuit passie een zinvolle bijdrage wordt geleverd aan de eigen ambitie en die van de organisatie.
